Let's work together to consciously create your team's culture that will engage everyone and help them do their best work.

Our Team Alignment program is a facilitated process that helps your helps your team reimagine your culture.

We'll guide you through a process that creates buy-in by having you build it together. We'll help you realize and live your values, such as trust, flexibility, integrity, and fun.  Ultimately, you want to help people feel fulfilled by their work and reach or exceed their targets.

Your team is unlike any other. Therefore, we'll customize the program for your specific needs.

There are three main phases:

Your team members are the experts on what they need. We'll start by interviewing them to understand what's working and what's not. We'll then present back to the whole team to plan the next steps.

Working with your team, you'll decide together what areas of our culture model you'll work on to achieve your goals. We’ll create a timeline that lets you work on one thing at a time and build on your success.

We will lead engaging, practical, and fun sessions of 2-4 hours, once a month.  We'll use our accountability platform in between sessions to help you stay on track and see your progress.

Collaborative approach: Our goal is to help you and your team love your work and reach your business goals. For us to do a great job, we'll need your partnership and collaboration to help us understand your work and what you're trying to achieve. This service is NOT an off-the-shelf product to check a box for professional development. 

Peace-of-mind policy: We'll break our quote down into phases, and you'll have the opportunity to decide at each stage if you'd like to continue.

Logistics:  We provide services in person or virtually e.g. via Zoom.
